How do i report a vehicle that is leaking oil all over the road and pavement,it is parked 80% on pavement ?

the vehicle is road legal but leaks oil and is restricting a pavement the gap between it and a wall will not permit a pram or push chair to pass , it is on a road not a private estate, the road and pavement ar heavily contaminated with black engine oil.How do i report a vehicle that is leaking oil all over the road and pavement,it is parked 80% on pavement ?
Put it on your things to report list, then you can do it after you,ve reported the children playing outside of your house, the cat passing through your garden, the man smoking in the bus shelter and the noise from the siren of the passing ambulance. How do i report a vehicle that is leaking oil all over the road and pavement,it is parked 80% on pavement ?
well i expect the road is not 'heavily' contaminated %26amp; you are making a mountain out of a molehill....%26amp; exagerating somewhat.

however...your local county council is responsible for highways %26amp; cases like this %26amp; the car is an obstruction in terms of the law if it is on the pavement. i used to have neighbours like you....geez!
Oh my God... What is the world coming to....You must tell the authorities at once.... Don't worry about street crime. Old folk that will freeze to death this winter, or people starving to death in 3rd world countries...
If you know who it is kindly tell him so he or she can take care of it and put cat litter on it to absorb it. If you don't know who it is ask the police to find the owner////
you call the cops and leave an anonymous tip about it and let them come check it out and deal with it if its worth dealing with.

if not then your just gonna have to ignore it.
You could try using the website fixmystreet.com. You can report various troubles anonymously using this. I recommend it.
HIPPIE
call 911 the person might end up with a ticket for dumasses conduct
Pour cat litter over the spill.
Do you have nothing better to do?

You should mind your own business and not be a snitch!!! If you have that much of a problem with it, contact the owner.
The first people I would contact is the Police because they are illegally parked. No vehicles are allowed to be on the path except for crossing over it to get to a drive. I would also contact the local council and talk to them as they have to maintain the path.

I hate people who park on the path so that I have to walk on the road and put my children at danger.

Report it and get the car removed.
