The oil leak and the hardstarting problem are two different problems. An oil leak will not cause hardstarting problems. There can be hundreds of things wrong with your car, to ask how much it will cost to fix is like asking how long is a string of rope!
The best that you can do is to take the car to somebody that knows what he is doing and ask for a prize to fix it. Get more than one opinion will also help.
