1993 454 engine leaking oil in the front?

any idea if the front seals etc were a problem on these engines. its in a motor home with 88k on it.1993 454 engine leaking oil in the front?
front engine seal sounds like it has gone. with it the harmonic balancer will need replacing as they fit into into one another. usually happens with age (mileage) or crappy oil/missed oil changes or very dusty environment.1993 454 engine leaking oil in the front?
front seal probably dried out. happens when something sits alot.
