Oil leaking into coolant after doing head job ?

I own a garage that has done a head gasket job on a 2003 saturn vue 3.0 dohc vin b aprox 2 weeks ago it came in with oil in coolant used oe parts had heads worked and now has came back in with oil in coolant ?What could it be besides head or block cracked?Oil leaking into coolant after doing head job ?
Radiator or oil cooler checked?Usually head gasket job is for coolant in oil, your is oil in coolant?Since oil pressure is more than coolant.Hope this helps.Oil leaking into coolant after doing head job ?
The only places that have both oil and coolant are the heads and the block.First put about 3-4 psi n the cooling system. Perform a cylinder leak down test while monitoring the pressure in the cooling system with a gauge. But do it a bit different, do the test on the cylinders at the BDC with the valves closed ( end of the power stroke). Monitor the pressure in the radiator, an increase will tell you there is a crack in the cylinder wall. If you find a bad cylinder then do the leak down test with the piston in TDC if it still increases the pressure then the problem is most likely in the head. Also check if coolant is also getting in the oil, as the engine is run and stopped the heating and cooling can cause migration both ways. If you are still stumped and the leak is minor test the radiator cap and if possible maybe replace it with one that holds a little more pressure on the system. It is funny that the oil is in the coolant as it is usually the other way around or in both depending on the severity of the leak. Another thing to look into, I don't know how the saturn is configured but the mid 90s Oldsmobile's that are DOHC have an oil pump drive where the distributor used to be, they liked to leak there, as I said Im not familiar with the saturn but it may be possible there is oil getting into the coolant passages in the intake manifold, worth a look maybe. Good luck.
IMO you have sent out the head to ck the deck and magaflux for cracks... it looks like a coolant valley is leaking or you have a bad head.

Good luck on your repair.
you hit the nail on the head.no pun... pull the head again and look for a path that the coolant is taking, or preasure check the coolant system and yiu will find yourf leak.
