Sounds like your power steering pump is getting ready to go out. Get it to a mechanic. My honda prelude power steering is making noise and leaking oil?
Get a new power steering pump installed at your local Honda dealer.
Two choices, replace the power steering unit/pump...or if you'd like a quick fix that works great , we use it on our taxi fleet...take Lucas transmission fix, Stop Slip in a white bottle with a pointed pour tip...and pour it into your power steering unit...it should stop the leak or slow it up to a dull roar...top it back off after a couple of days depending on how much leaked out and then after that it should be pretty much sealed and any growling silent... I just did that to my older Lincoln Town car, worked like a charm...

Good luck
the leak must be from the steering rack,u can renew the seals.

Due to the leak ,your steering pump could be running on low power steering oil.

Arrest the leak by changing seals and top up the power

steering oil.

Wish u the best.
